We developed a full-funnel email marketing system built on two strategic pillars: education and personalization. First, we created dynamic educational flows to support customers at critical decision points — from size guides and material breakdowns to installation tips and care instructions. These flows reduced friction in the buying process and empowered first-time buyers with the knowledge they needed to confidently convert. In parallel, we segmented the audience by behavior: first-time purchasers, high-LTV customers, and dormant leads. Each segment received custom-tailored content, including cross-sell recommendations, reorder reminders, and seasonal promotions. To further enhance targeting accuracy, we enriched customer profiles with additional data points, enabling more precise personalization and product suggestions.
