The flows were anchored in product storytelling — each message was crafted to spotlight the advanced design elements of the Legend Tees, including the specific fit ratios, tailored silhouettes, and physique-enhancing features that set them apart. We combined this USP-focused messaging with a loyalty-driven flow architecture, delivering targeted sequences to customers based on purchase frequency, product type, and engagement levels. By incorporating post-purchase education, re-order prompts, and early access offers, we deepened the emotional connection to the brand while reinforcing product value. The visual language of each email matched Legend London’s sleek, elevated brand aesthetic, ensuring every touchpoint aligned with their identity.
