The flows were structured around key stages of the buyer journey — from awareness to first-time purchase, and eventually, repeat buying. Welcome emails introduced customers to Petsmont’s clean ingredient philosophy and commitment to pet health, while product-focused content provided clarity on benefits like brain support, allergy relief, and immune system balance. Post-purchase sequences encouraged correct product use, shared success stories from other pet owners, and invited customers to explore complementary products. We also integrated pet-specific segmentation, allowing for more personalized recommendations based on breed, age, or concern.
